生产的系列钻井液循环管汇按照中国石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5244－2006进行设计和制造。钻井液管汇是用于高压喷射钻井的主要设备之一，它将泥浆泵排出的高压泥浆导入井内，清洗井底携出岩屑，并可配合固井等其它作业。

Series of drilling fluid manifolds are designed and manufactured as per china’s oil and gas industry standards SY/T 5244－2006.The drilling fluid manifold is one of the main devices used in high pressure jet drilling, which can introduce the high-pressure mud from mud pumps into borehole to scavenge the bottom hole, carry out cuttings and cooperate with well cementing and other operations.

 

结构特点Structural Features

 

· 钻井液管汇主要由地面管线、地面阀门组、转换三通、立管线、立管阀门组、鹅颈管、水龙带和压力表组成。

The drilling fluid manifold is mainly composed of the surface pipeline, the surface valve group, the crossover tee, the standpipe line, the standpipe valve group, the gooseneck, the rotary hose, and the pressure gauge.

 

· 管路连接使用高压双球面由壬，材料采用高强度合金钢，经调质处理。管汇整体结构能实现快速装卸，密封件选用橡胶“O”型圈。管汇中的各管件、部件均经强度试验，保证性能要求。

Pipelines are connected by high-pressure bispherical unions and the material adopts quenched and tempered high strength alloy steel. The whole structure of manifolds can realize fast handling and seal parts selects rubber o-rings. Each of pipe fittings and part elements in manifolds are subject to the strength test to ensure performance requirements.

 

成套管汇结构特点：Structural Features of whole Set Manifold

 

· 从泥浆泵到水龙带整个管汇分为四大部份：地面阀门组，地面管线，钻台阀门组和井架上的立管线。

The whole manifolds from the mud pump to the rotary hose includes four big parts: the surface valve group, the surface pipeline, the drill floor valve group and the standpipe line on the derrick.

 

· 整套管汇各部件均采用球面由壬连接，互换性好，拆装快，并允许倾斜±8°使用。

Each of part elements in the whole set manifold is connected by spherical unions, with great interchangeability, quick removal and installation, and permission to tilt ±8^° in use.

 

· 地面管线和立管线可分为几节，允许用户根据井场实际情况自行调整使用。

The surface pipeline and the standpipe line can be divided into several sections allowing the user to choose freely in use according to the actual situation at the well site.
