Broadband high-power AC frequency electric machine being adopted can achieve whole course stepless speed regulating of drawworks,rotary table and mud pump completely.
Drawworks are gear drive and single shaft drawworks with one gear stepless speed regulating ,simplified structure and reliable performance.The brake adopts the combinative pattern of hydraulic disc brake and electric dynamic braking.
Drawworks adopt main motor or independent motor to achieve automatic drilling and make real time monitoring for round trip and drilling condition.
Intelligentize travelling block position control has the function of preventing “bumping top and smashing bottom”..
The drilling rig is equipped with independent driller control room.The gas ,electric and hydraulic control and drilling parameters and instrument display can be arranged unitedly so that it can achieve logic control,monitoring and protection through PLC during the whole drilling. In the mean time,it can also achieve saving,printing and teletransmission of the data.Driller can accomplish all operations in the room which can improve the working environment and decrease labour intensity of drillers.
The manufacture of main components accord with API relevant specifications and the components are stamped with API mark.
